The new keypad works well. My only disappointment was no instructions on how to change out. They gave me good directions over the phone....peel the old one off and make sure you get the new one started squarely over the opening. I recommended providing written instructions in the future.
My other keyboard faded from the sun so I couldn't read the letters! this was about a 30 minute fix and works great!
Works like it should. The technician was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Excellent service.

Q: Only top line of text is appearing and then a small portion of it in missing. Will replacing the keypad fix this issue?
A: The screen isn't part of the keypad, so unless by chance the keypad is damaged and sending faulty input to the display, it wouldn't likely be related. Please call our support team when you have a few minutes and we'll be glad to help give you all your options to get up and running again: 888-206-9938
Q: Do this part fits on a power module serial 130273?
A: Not sure just based on that. Recommend calling tech support and they can look up your model. If it looks like what your machine has then it likely is.
Q: My keypad no longer is working. Nothing is displayed. How do I replace it?
A: Choose your model at https://www.circupool.com/help and it will have instructions in the "help guide".
Q: where can i get a replacement keypad for the JS series unit?
A: You would want to contact support: 888-206-9938 ext.2
Q: The keypad is showing output-off when I reset by pressing the + key and bring it up to 60 or 80, but in a few minutes or couple hours is back on output-off, Do I need a new keypad or a new circuit board? thank you
A: That typically indicates that the keypad is damaged and needs to be replaced. Replacement is fairly simple and only requires a screwdriver.
