It's the correct part, and it arrived in the 2 days via UPS, so that was great. I am concerned that the part failed so quickly. I have had the Circupool 55only since last spring. My pool has never been clearer, more consistently.

I received a System Error message on the unit and went thru the instructions to try and resolved. It was determined the cartridge was bad. I sent in photos and received a new cartridge under warranty within a day. Couldn't be happier with the product and the service.

This System is expensive, but you get what you pay for.! The CircuPool Core 35 is GREAT. The cell that I replaced is still functioning, but showing wear and tear, so it was time to have a replacement on hand. The replacement is operating flawlessly and now I have two, so there won't be any down time if the old cell ceases to function. The response and service I received was great! Quick response and delivery.
