Replacement Filter Does Not Fit

The original filter works great. The replacement cartridges I purchased from CircuPool do not fit. Unable to get a response back from CircuPool customer service. Disappointed with their customer service department.

realy only one season and a half

This is only my second summer using this filter, and I closed the pool early this year on 8/18/2022 and when I open it up to clean the cartridges, the bottom cartridge was crack right across the middleand in two pieces now I have to replace and have to buy both top and bottom, I have a core 55 Genarator, a multi cyclone filter and a circupool smartflo variable speed pump 3 hp, set variable speed motor by the book plus the circupool CJ-2750., grant you my pool was clear both summes but see know reason that happen, my pool is 16' x 32' x7' square.

Excellent Filter

Filter works great. After a soaking in a solution of muriatic acid and water and a rinse the next day its ready to be reused. Its great to have two so there is time to properly rinse while continuing to filter the pool with the other filter. Only difficulty is cleaning can be a chore. I have yet to find a spray nozzle that will deliver a fine, high pressure stream to reach the deep recess of the pleats.

Q: What size, width, length is this my filter says 270 dq ft and the answer I recieved was a 90 and 180 totally different sizes. I bought this for Mexico.

A: That is correct, this item is a set that includes one 90 s.f. cartridge and one 180 s.f. cartridge, just like the original. The approximate dimensions are as follows. Small: 8.25” Height x 10.125” Outer Diameter x 3” Inner Diameter. Large: 17” Height x 10.125” Outer Diameter x 3” Inner Diameter
