My cell froze and cracked during our week of 8 deg. Temps . Called them and recieved a new one in 1 day !!! What a great company, they allways go above and beyond to help a customer . With help and advice. I will continue to purchase from them for all my salt system needs. Thanks for making it easy !!!

I replaced dozens of orings and it turns out it was the plastic shell. After replacing, the cell is finally not leaking and seems thicker and more solid than my old one.

This new one works great! Finally no leaks! I think the other one would have lasted longer if I'd have lubed the connecting nuts when assembling.
