New keypad
The new keypad works well. My only disappointment was no instructions on how to change out. They gave me good directions over the phone....peel the old one off and make sure you get the new one started squarely over the opening. I recommended providing written instructions in the future.

easy fix
My other keyboard faded from the sun so I couldn't read the letters! this was about a 30 minute fix and works great!

Only top line of text is appearing and then a small portion of it in missing. Will replacing the keypad fix this issue?

The screen isn't part of the keypad, so unless by chance the keypad is damaged and sending faulty input to the display, it wouldn't likely be related. Not sure just based on that. Recommend calling tech support and they can look up your model. If it looks like what your machine has then it likely is.

The keypad is showing output-off when I reset by pressing the + key and bring it up to 60 or 80, but in a few minutes or couple hours is back on output-off, Do I need a new keypad or a new circuit board? thank you

That typically indicates that the keypad is damaged and needs to be replaced. Replacement is fairly simple and only requires a screwdriver.

I have a rj 45 classic the it had on panel.power off and will not turn on will the key pad help this or do u need a whole new control panel

If it displays "Power Off" but you can't hit the keypad button to turn it back on, then likely the keypad just needs to be replaced.
