I bought this as a replacement cell. Have for 3 weeks approx and seems to be doing a good job. Old celldid not last as long as it should have, but there was 40% warranty remaining plus a discount which really helped take the pain away. The warranty was suggested by all representatives which was a pleasant releif from the scratching and clawing required by other companies to substantiate a claim. Kudos for that.

When the system works correctly it is almost maintenance free for weeks at a time vs, daily with the chlorine system.

back to normal

I had my RJ60 since 2009. It worked great and now it came time to buy a new cell. Received it and it replaced the old one easily and things are back to normal.

Q: Is it possible to get a replacement plastic ring that holds the electrodes? I dropped the electrode and the outer ring has broken. It still works, but is missing one side.

A: Tom, I would recommend contacting technical support so we can get the details and see what might need to be done. You can even send them a picture. Depending on what the case is, you may or may not need to do anything.
