Replacement cell

Bought as a replacement. Working great and I was pleased with the price. The last one lasted 5 to 6 years. Can't complain.

Salt Cell Si-30

This is my third cell. After investigating the failure of the second one the following should be kept in control: LSI to +0/+.03, Ph 7.4/7.5, alkalinity 80/90, and stabilizer. The LSI will make the water less aggressive on metallic parts and not form calcium carbonate which looks like white sand on the bottom of the pool near the returns.

Q: Does this include the cable connecting to the monitor?

A: Yes, that is correct. The cable is just not pictured, but it is build in to the cell just like your original.

Q: I have a SI series but don't know, manual doesn't say, if its a 30 or 45? I have a 18,000 gallon pool. is the -30 and -45 the same overall length? Connections to the controller the same? I don't want to replumb the system. Thanks.

A: Both cells are the same length and connections. The cell should have two silver stickers on it, each will reference the model and/or gallon capacity. If you are unsure, please contact tech support at 888-206-9938 ext:2 and we'll be happy to help.
