Q: Cutting the cord is okay when replacing the collar cap. Or is there a way to disassemble the plug?

Q: My cap is cracked at the area that appears to be "fused" together...I purchased my SJ-30 in May of 2019. How can I get this part? I have looked all over the internet.

A: The cable end plug would need to be removed, so this item is marked that it requires SJ Cell Cord Connector (3-port cable connector) replacement
