Q:Does the CircuPool replacement cell for Hayward Aqua-rite T-cell-15 work with the 1.40 software, without any modifications?
Asked by: doc m
- 8/1/2019
A: Yes, if you are replacing an old T-15 cell, then this is plug-and-play. The software only determines whether or not your old controller has the ability to use a smaller size cell than a T-15 (which for most people is neither recommended nor needed).

Q:Brand new aqua rite led no working, only display?
Asked by: Rafael
- 7/24/2020
A: My guess would be the wall unit has an issue with its circuit board. The display and the LED lights are a part of the same board, so if the display is on but there is no power to the lights the issue is likely within that item.

Q:My Hayward Aqua Rite system is not generating and says low salt check cell. I checked salt and salt is good. Cleaned cell ,reset system and still shows check cell. Low salt. I’m trying to decide if I should replace cell or complete system. Is this typical when cell is bad or is panel also bad . Is there a way to check.?
Asked by: james durham
- 6/10/2022
A: Typically when your cell is depleted, it reads low salt / check cell even when those items are good. Make sure your salinity is above 3000ppm, thoroughly clean your cell multiple times in a row according to the instructions until you don't get any fizzing when you put the cell in fresh cleaning solution, and then if you still get the warning lights within 5-10 minutes of turning the unit on, that would most likely mean the cell.
